dovolte nám představit náš program Catering a kuchařský program, který poskytuje pracovní uplatnění pro 11 osob se zdravotním handicapem. V rámci naší nově vzniklé služby Vám nabízíme široký sortiment výrobků studené kuchyně, který bychom časem rádi rozšířili i o výrobky kuchyně teplé. Můžeme Vám nabídnout každodenní dovoz Vámi vybraných jídel. Připravíme pro Vás menu na rauty, recepce, večírky, oslavy, svatby, promoce a občerstvení pro Vaše firemní akce. Naše výrobky můžete ochutnat i v tréninkové kavárně Bárka kafé v centru Ústí nad Labem nebo v prodejně La Buž v Pařížské ulici.  Naše znalosti z oblasti gastronomie vycházejí z dlouhodobých zkušeností s provozováním chráněné kuchařské dílny občanského sdružení Fokus Ústí nad Labem.

Odběrem našich výrobků  přispíváte i Vy lidem se zdravotním handicapem při jejich obtížném uplatnění na trhu práce. V případě Vašeho zájmu Vás budeme informovat o podrobné nabídce a možnosti vypracování individuální nabídky pro konkrétní akci dle Vaší poptávky.

we would like to introduce our  catering and cooking project, in which 11 persons with physical impairment have found work. Thanks to the newly established service, we can offer a wide range of cold dish products, which we would like to extend by hot dish products in the future. Every-day deliveries can be provided for your selected dishes. We can prepare a menu for feasts, receptions, parties, celebrations, weddings, graduation ceremonies and refreshments for your company events. Our products are also available in a training café Bárka Kafe in the centre of Ústí nad Labem. Our gastronomy know-how is based on long-standing expertise and experience in running the protected cooking workshop of the Fokus Ústí nad Labem civic association.

By ordering from our range of products, you can contribute to impaired people who have difficulties in finding a job on the labour market. If you are interested, we will send you our detailed range and we can also create an individual range for a specific event upon your enquiry.

Wir würden Ihnen unser Programm  - Catering und Kochprogramm ( dt. das Viereck ) vorstellen, das Anstellung für 10 Personen mit gesundheitlichem Handicap gewährt. Im Rahmen der neu entstandenen Dienstleistung steht Ihnen ein breites Angebot von Gerichten der Kaltküche zur Verfügung, das wir zukünftig um Gerichte der Warmküche verbreitet möchten. Wir bieten Ihnen alltägliche Hauszufuhr der ausgewählten Gerichte an. Für Ihre Raute, Rezeptionen, Partys, Feier, Hochzeiten, Promotionen und Firmenveranstaltungen bereiten wir gern ein Menü zu. Unsere Produkte können Sie im Café Bárka ( dt.die Barke ) - unsere Trainingsarbeitsstätte - probieren, das sich im Zentrum der Stadt Ústí nad Labem befindet. Unsere Kenntnisse im Bereich der Gastronomie gehen aus den langjähringen Erfahrungen mit Betreibung der geschützten Kochwerkstatt des Bürgervereins Fokus Ústí nad Labem heraus.
